With photoLab® 7600 UV-VIS, the important parameters COD, Nitrate and Nitrite of municipal waste water samples from the outlet can be measured simply and directly via the optical reagent-free Measurement (OptRF) in the UV range. Pipette sample into cuvette, put them into the meter, read result! Handy way for retainer samples or a quick check without digestion:
More than 200 methods for routine analysis with commercial test kits as well as special methods such as NH3, CO2, color, SAC, Chlorophyll, some enzymatic test such as glucose. Additionally, a brewery package is available. The photoLab® spectrophotometers are suitable for onsite use and equipped with comfortable matrix adjustment for IQ Sensor Net with IQ-LabLink®.
The optional PC-Software Packet for Datenmanagement and multiple color measurement with photoLab® color these photometers are qualified for many fields of application from waste water treatment plant to production and quality control but also for service labs, education and research.

Data management with USB

Automatic Matrix Adjustment for IQ SENSOR NET

The photoLab® 6000 Series offers – together with the IQ Sensor Net – a system aided procedure for matrix adjustment of the ISE sonsors: The data of the sensors are transfered via USB from the MIQ/TC 2020 XT to the photometer via "job list".
The required parameters are measured with a convenient and automated measuring procedure and transferred via USB back to the controler. The matrix adjustment of all respective sensors is reliable and without mistaken identity.
Automatic cell recognition for all cell types sizes
Whatever cell is used, 10, 20 or 50 mm cuvettes will be recognized by photoLab® automatically and the correct measurement range for all programmed reagent test kits will be offered. Using single use plastic cuvettes, make sure that the instrument can recognize the cuvettes (e.g. opaque side panels). For standard use with 10 mm cuvettes WTW offers suitable PMMA cuvettes.
Automatic test recognition via barcode for round and rectangular cuvette tests
Unique for the routine analytic is the possibility to measure in addition to rapid tests in round cuvettes also the high-quality and extremely low-cost reagent test kits with barcodes. All necessary setting from wave-length to concentration range, citation, AQS-control data are conducted via barcode: combined with the automatic cuvettes applies: Just measure!

After sticking the cuvette the measure starts automatically thanks to the automatic cuvette- and test recognition with method request via barcode
