Offers robust analysis products for the measurement of pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, total dissolved solids and specific ions in lab, field and on-line applications serving the environmental, water and wastewater, food and beverage, educational, pharmaceutical, clinical, research and chemical/petrochemical industries.
For continuous pH/ORP measurement, especially under the difficult conditions very often found in sewage treatment facilities, very high demands are made concerning the reliability and operating safety of the systems employed.
Application oriented benchtop sets for multiple parameter monitoring: pH, mV, ISE, saturation, concentration, partial pressure, conductivity, special resistance, salinity, TDS, and temperature.
The inoLab® family: Advanced measuring technology offers new functions including automatic AutoRead or CMC (Continuous Measurement Control) making measurements more convenient and reliable than ever.
The user interface, large display and keypad with tactile feedback provide an exceptional user experience and error-free operation.
All benchtop meters are available in application oriented sets including sensors and accessories.
In routine use BOD determination is used to check the wastewater in the inflow and discharge of wastewater treatment plants. Depending on the measurement site and type of wastewater the BOD value can lie between a few mg/l and several thousand mg/l. Xylem Analytics - WTW offers several methods for carrying out the measurement.
WTW OxiTop® systems are easy-to-use meters for BOD for self-monitoring. OxiTop®-C measuring systems can execute anaerobic and aerobic examinations across the entire spectrum of biodegradability and evaluate them on the computer
The spectrophotometers photoLab® 7100 VIS and photoLab® 7600 UV-VIS combine routine analysis with spectral analysis and pioneering procedure OptRF.
The new reference beam optics together with a new brilliant colour display turn hard work into fun: clearly-arranged, color-coded, fast and comfortable.
Up-to-date digital depth measurement with the WTW IDS system: A built-in barometric pressure and temperature compensated depth sensor combines dissolved oxygen, pH or ORP and conductivity measurements with accurate depth readings.
The IQ Sensor Net system is the most flexible, digitally based online system that provides from 1 to 20 measuring points. The module based system allows you to "grow" your system as your conitnuous water quality monitoring needs change.
For the measuring and control of wastewater, WTW offers the world's most complete line of pH/ORP, D.O., Conductivity, Nitrogen, Carbon, Phosphate, and unique self-cleaning Turbidity instrumentation, as well as comprehensive accessories.
With an easily scalable solution, the 2020 XT allows for the connection of up to 20 sensors. This modular plug-and-play system allows you to monitor the water quality in your wastewater system continuously and accurately.
The CarboVis® is a reagentless, optical-based spectrophotometer built into a rugged, corrosion-resistant field probe for the IQ SensorNet system. The CarboVis can report up to 5 parameters including: COD (total and soluble), BOD, UVT-254, TOC, DOC, SAC (total and soluble) and TSS (optional).
The SAC sensor measures Spectral Absorption Coefficient (SAC) and UV transmission (UVT) at 254nm for determination of organic loads in water. With the sensor UV 700 IQ SAC this parameter can be detected directly without any chemicals. A reference measurement is performed for compensation of turbidity influences.
With the VisoTurb® 700 IQ and ViSolid® 700 IQ sensors, WTW presents a family of optical sensors for turbidity and suspended solids measurement. These sensors incorporate a ultrasound cleaning system that guarantees low maintenance and long-term reliability of the sensors. Turbidity measurements in aqueous media with VisoTurb® are carried out nephelometrically in compliance with EN ISO 7027. Solid matter measurement with ViSolid® is performed according to the principle of scattered light measurement.
WTW has been continuously designing, manufacturing and satisfying the demands for reliable dissolved oxygen measurements with the most advanced online systems available anywhere.
The new multi-parameter systems with intelligent, digital sensors for pH, dissolved oxygen (DO) and conductivity measurement revolutionize multi-parameter measurement:
The signal processing is completely located in the sensor, and the measuring signal is transmitted to the meter without interference and in a clearly identifiable manner via thin, highstrength cables. A wide range of sensors are available for virtually every application.
Calibration-free, reliable, DIN compliant - the optical FDO® oxygen sensors for the IQ Sensor Net to regulate biological cleaning steps
- Calibration and flow free
- Insensitive to air bubbles
- Low usage costs
The optimum solution to support phosphate elimination as well as monitor phosphate freight - on-site analyzer for orthophosphate measurement in the IQ Sensor Net
The new WTW DIQ/S 282/284 (2 and 4 channel) controller replaces the DIQ/S 182 from June 2016
The new controller is for small and mid-sized wastewater treatment plants and includes a USB-interface with an internal data logger - up to 4 sensors can be connected and 20 parameters measured siumultaneously.
The WTW IQ SensorNet 181 – the digital and cost-efficient single parameter measuring point with proven IQ Sensor Net technology and matching fixed cable sensors
The turbidity meters Turb® 430 IR acc. to DIN ISO 27027 and Turb® 430 T acc. to US EPA 180.1 meet the requirements of the nephelometric measurement at 90° stray light for drinking water with highest precision, especially in the range < 1 NTU. The measuring range comprises 0-1100 NTU/FNU with automatic measuring range switching and is therefore suitable for water analysis as well as quality control, such as gasoline, cell cultures, as well as in the food and beverage industries.
The portable pHotoFlex® STD with energy-efficient LED optics is equipped with 6 wavelengths and a foldable adapter for various applications with 16 mm and 28 mm cuvettes, for even the smallest concentrations.
